Workday Financials Implementation Oversight
We provide guidance for various deployment approaches/methodologies (Workday Your Way and Launch). This includes a project plan with all the traditional phases of plan, architect and configure, test, and deployment of Workday as well as agile approaches where configuration is built and tested in sprints targeting specific components of the overall solution within each sprint. We have experience guiding clients through both initial implementations or phase X implementation types.
Our Lead Financial Consultant is no stranger to the oversight of project work. Not only has he been a long time Delivery Assurance (DA) Reviewer for Workday, but also oversaw many projects from his consulting career at a leading Workday partner firm.
For those not familiar, DA Reviewers are sourced by Workday to senior level consultants to audit Workday configurations. This ensures Workday customers have an easy transition to Workday upon go live. This role essentially audits configuration to be sure they adhere to best practices.
Customized Financial Reporting
Through our extensive experience, our team develops custom reporting and analytics solutions to help you provide real time business analytics to the right members of your organization. Our Lead Financial Architect not only has the technical experience to achieve cutting edge reporting and analytics as a long time Product Lead for Financial Reporting but he couples that with his deep functional knowledge so he can advise on how these tools can be used to do the most for your business.
Product Leads are nominated by their firms and interviewed with Workday to insure deep product knowledge. This role works directly with Workday’s product management team for suggested product enhancements and to answer questions presented by other Workday consultants. Most importantly, Product Leads develop best practice recommendations and training materials for the ecosystem at large.
