Agile Technology Partnerships was founded to bring the best technology has to offer to meet the needs of doing business. This guiding principle is central to everything we do. Workday consulting is where we specialize and our central focus will be how to customize and configure Workday so it is easy to operate, simple to maintain, and brings value to leadership now and into the future.
Meet Our Team
We have unmatched depth of experience as compared to other Workday consulting firms. This includes an average Workday experience level of greater than 10 years and where 60% of our Workday consultants were former Workday Partner Product Leads. All of our consultants hold Workday certifications and are actively involved in Workday projects.
We not only collaborate with our customers but among ourselves as leaders in the ecosystem. In fact, we hold seminars and training sessions for other Workday consultants in the ecosystem. Our consultative best practices we developed in house have even been adopted in training certification manuals and Delivery Assurance (DA) checklists Workday promotes as best practices to the ecosystem at large.

Workday Financials Architect
Mike Bonanno has been in the Workday ecosystem for over fourteen years. This was not long after Workday first began providing the Workday Financials product to their customer base.
Mike received his Master in Business Administration in 2012 from University of Rochester’s Simon Business School. He also practiced accounting for Rochester, NY’s largest employer, The University of Rochester for their second largest department, Pediatrics, for over 5 years.
This training and experience led him to become a part of U of R’s core implementation team, as a key member, where he began his journey into ERP consulting as an internal consultant. After an over 2 year long successful implementation of Workday Financials, Mike then went on to external Workday consulting working at a leading partner firm for over 7 years.
Mike then moved on to form Agile Technology Partnerships, Inc. and acts as the CEO and Lead Financial Architect. Mike now has full control over the business which further assists ATP to align with their client’s needs. ATP has been proudly assisting clients with their Workday journey since July of 2022 which include: AdventHealth, Baptist Health, The Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC), Bowdoin College, Yale, Embrey-Riddle Aeronautical University, Shirley Ryan AbilityLab, and Nationwide Children’s Hospital.

She brings four decades of accounting and internal audit leadership, paired with seven years driving Workday full‑suite implementations for major universities, government entities, healthcare systems, and nonprofit organizations.
Recognized for her commitment to data integrity and operational excellence, she offers broad cross‑functional Workday expertise and strategic advisory insight rooted in both implementation and post‑production client experience.
Tim Regan

Tim Regan is a technology and reporting leader with nearly two decades of experience spanning enterprise software, SaaS implementations, and advanced financial reporting. As a Workday Financial Reporting Lead, Tim brings deep expertise in Workday’s reporting architecture, object model, and best‑practice design principles. His background combines technical breadth with strong consulting acumen, enabling him to architect high‑performing reporting solutions, financial statements, and dashboards.
Across his consulting career, Tim has led solution design, reporting strategy, testing, and delivery for large-scale Workday Financials clients, partnering directly with senior leadership, technical teams, and business stakeholders. His experience includes steering financial reporting workstreams, guiding FDM decisions, optimizing security models, and managing reporting intake and governance frameworks. Prior to specializing in Workday, Tim delivered more than 20 global implementations as a senior technical consultant and business consultant, earning recognition for leadership, cross‑functional collaboration, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable solutions.
Tim approaches every engagement as a trusted advisor—committed to delivering reporting solutions that are not only accurate and performant, but strategically aligned to drive organizational insight and success.
